In 2010, 234 games passed before the first postponement of the season when the Florida Marlins and Colorado Rockies saw the first game of a three game series in South Florida pushed back from Friday, April 23rd to the next day. This season, only 17 games passed through the first two days of the season before the first postponment with the Arizona-Colorado game pushed back due to snow on Sunday.
Four members selected the Rockies and will have to change their pick to any game within the next three days because the game won't be made up within that span. Use the "Change Postponed Pick" link on the game page to do so.
As of now, it looks like the make up date will likely be May 23rd, but until it's official the game's date is set to October 4th in the MLB Day-to-Day Pickem schedule. That date is used for all postponed games without official make up dates. On any postponed game, if the game isn't scheduled and completed within three days of its original date anyone who hasn't fixed their pick will be credited with a "PPD Expire" and be scored for the day as if it were a normal incorrect pick. |
