General

You should always read the ASFL2 Money Leagues Rules before purchasing a team or teams. If you have any questions or concerns about the rules you can always email the league for an answer or explanation.

Once you've read the guidelines for participation, go to the purchase page then click the link to the game you would like to enter.

On the form you'll find a section for your information which requires that you give the league your name in "First Last" format, i.e. "Peter Thompson" or "John Roberts". It's also required that you give the league your email address for correspondance as well as your planned payment method and the number of teams you'd like to have. You may also need to give a team name you'll use in the game and a password for the ASFL2 drafts application if you're placed in a league which uses the slow draft application to draft.

If you're purchasing an entry in a draft sport, you'll need to submit your league size preferences, price preferences, draft preferences and, if applicable, your transaction limit preferences. The bottom of the form will have a text area to submit further explanation for items such as preferred draft days, a potential different account name for payment or guidelines as to how you'd like more than one team placed. Once submitted, you'll be able to use the link to your name on the participant list page to edit your preferred settings.

League Placement

In games where applicable, the the individual fantasy league placement process will go as follows:
1) The league will receive and review all game participation forms submitted.
2) Once a number of participation forms that allows for the formation of a fantasy league has been received, the league will inform the participants of the placement via email and create the league's standings page in the appropriate standings section of the website.
3) Once the email is sent and the website is updated the participants cannot request a refund unless the placement does not match the participant's form requests.
4) In the applicable games, the league will set a deadline for participants to join their designated league on Yahoo! or face replacement and forfeiture of funds. If the participant does not get into their league by the deadline the league will find a replacement participant or run a vacant team in the replaced participant's void.

The league will begin to fill fantasy leagues as soon as possible, it may take days, weeks or even around a month to place you into a league based on your requested settings and when you submit them. If it is taking the league a longer than desired period to place you into a fantasy league, the league will try to contact you about settings that would help get you into a league sooner. You are also free to modify your desired settings at any time via the link to your name on the participant list page.
