Very simple newsletter this time, just info on games that are running and/or about to start running. This should all be info you've seen before and if it isn't you need to start checking the website regularly, at the very least- weekly. |
On top of the three games already running and one waiting for results there are now six to sign up for and one to draft for. All Fantasy Football information has been given out and the drafts will be ongoing this week. College Football Pickem begins this Saturday, the group ID is 9075 and all the passwords to these games are 123456. If the ID doesnt work check the website and see if a new one is up, if you can't get in email me. NFL Pickem, Salary Cap Football and Survivor NFL Pickem start next Thursday to correspond to the NFL season opener. The IDs for each respectively are 18911, 438 and 11374. If they fill up check the website for a new ID. NFL Standings Pickem is also available on the message board. Please make sure you follow the guidelines on the rules page and on the first post of the thread. Check back after you post to make sure there isn't a problem. Remember to make sure your total number of wins and losses add up to the right number. The last game to sign up for is Fantasy Premier League. It is run through the Yahoo! Eurosport website. The group ID is 10932. Please make sure you fill out your roster and pickem entries for the first week in all games. College Football Pickem will be due 5 minutes before the first game each week, Fantasy Premier League will usually be due early Saturday morning and the NFL fantasy games will usually be due by Sunday at noon. Each of the games run through yahoo has an overall standings page on the website because there is more than one group. The general URL is www.theasfl.com/asfl2/overall_____.html with the ___ being the game name. You can also get to them by clicking the Fantasy Standings link in the Full Standings box to the right side of the page. As the games end the url will have 0809 added to it as it is archived. As most of you joined long ago and may have forgotten the rules for a particular game, feel free to double check them by going to the league rules page and then clicking on the particular game.
