The ASASFL season will run from the start of Fantasy Football to the end of Fantasy Baseball, which should be roughly 13 months. The Fantasy Football preparation time will add about two months onto the start of the season, however.

Here is the approximate breakdown for the seasons of each sport, (Y1 = Year 1, Y2 = Year 2):
- Fantasy Football Draft Information Determined: Mid-July Y1
- Fantasy Football Draft: Late July/Early August to Late August Y1
- Fantasy Hockey Draft Information Determined: Mid-August Y1
- Fantasy Hockey Draft: Late August-Mid September Y1
- Fantasy Basketball Draft Information Determined: Late August/Early September Y1
- Fantasy Football Season: Start of September to End of December Y1
- Fantasy Basketball Draft: Mid September to Mid October Y1
- Fantasy Hockey Season: Early October Y1 to Mid April Y2
- Fantasy Basketball Season: End of October Y1 to Mid-April Y2
- Fantasy Baseball Draft Information Determined: Mid-February Y2
- Fantasy Baseball Draft: Late February/Early March to Late March Y2
