ASFL2 Golf Scoring


How it Works

There are three pools of players to choose from each week. You pick one from the top group of players, two from the middle group of players and one from the bottom group of players. They accumulate points for how they perform each week. You can use each player in a maximum of 10 tournaments in a season. You have a total of 8 players on your roster for each tournament, but only 4 can be used for any round of a tournament. League groups can have between 30 and 50 members.

1 Point for picking tournament winner
1 Point for the person with the most points each week (Week Win)
3 Points for having the most points in any third of the season
2 Points for having the second or third most points in any third of the season
1 Points for having the fourth or fifth most points in any third of the season

^A week win is given to the top three in points overall (between the three groups) each week. The number of groups determines the amount of top scorers that get credit for week wins; the overall standings for the week are used, not just a groups standings. Each person will be ordered by their number of wins at the end of the season and the top three will receive points.
Week Win Tiebreakers: (1) Most players on tournament roster make the cut
(2) Least number of players used
(3) Highest round score
(4) Second highest round score
(5) Third highest round score
(6) Fourth highest round score
(7) Fifth highest round score
(8) If both parties have an identical played lineup, the tiebreaker shall be score relative-to-par for unused players
(9) Lowest score, relative to par, of an individual unplayed player
(10) Second lowest score, relative to par, of an individual unplayed player
(11) Third lowest score, relative to par, of an individual unplayed player
(12) Fourth lowest score, relative to par, of an inidividual unplayed player
(13) Higher point total on the season (after at least 3 weeks of play)
(14) Most bonus points for the season in question
(15) Most career bonus points
(16) highest post count
